April 26 – 30, in North Bend, WV – http://mtms2017.org/
MTMS 2016 Kit
The Kit Store is open until 12 PM (noon) on May 23, 2016. After this date, the jersey below will go away. Forever.
The 2015-16 Major Taylor Mountains Summit jersey and bibs are ready for you!
Designed by a secretive but supremely talented design team located somewhere in the Midwest, you can only stand in awe of the impressive nature of this piece of clothing. You know you want one for April.
Buy it for the memories. Buy it for its supreme good looks. Buy it because you know it will make you faster on the long climbs of Elk Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Buy it to intimidate your crew back home this summer.
Click on the jersey to take you to the Verge website. There are a few hoops to jump through. Try this:
1) You will have to Register with Verge in order to see the MTMS store. Do that.
2) Verge will send you an email with a confirmation code. You will need to put that in the Verge website to continue.
3) Verge will then ask you to Log In with your user name and password. Do that.
4) On the Team Store Page, choose Major Taylor Mountain Summit from the drop down menu under “Select a Team Store.” When prompted enter the password “MTMS2016“; be sure to use ALL CAPS.
Don’t be confused by the absence of an actual image of an MTMS jersey on the Verge site. The text is the key. You can see the image of the jersey in the pic below.
Short sleeve full-zip jersey: $70
Long sleeve full-zip jersey: $80
Bib shorts: $75
Vest: $85
One great detail is the background on the back of the jersey, with faded letters listing the highlights of places the MTMS has been over the last two decades: Bear Mountain, Cherohala Skyway, Butterfly Gap, Mount Mitchell, Burnsville, Roan Mountain, Hogpen Gap, Skyline Drive, etc.
The back pockets have the logos of the Major Taylor clubs that are taking a role in planning the MTMS in Asheville in 2015 and 2016: the Metro Atlanta Cycling Club, Major Taylor of Columbus, the Baltimore Metro Wheelers Cycling Club, and the Major Taylor Club of Chicago.
Having trouble ordering the kit. There’s no “Major Taylor Mountain Summit” in the drop down list and now my password to log back into the site is not being excepted. And there’s no password reset option. This really sucks.
If you want people to order easier you should actually use a hyperlink to the verge store from this website. The link you have is just on a picture/image so it doesn’t work. Use this one: http://www.vergesport.com/us-en/

You have four different Men’s sizing charts, which chart should be used to determine sizing for this jersey?
